For farms with larger requirements, we deliver selected cubicle conditioner products in bulk, loose. With all year round availability, and our own on-site bulk-loading facility, we can offer a quick turnaround from placing your order, to ‘tipping’ at your farm!
Using our own articulated vehicles, all bulk products are delivered on a moving-floor vehicle. Our diverse fleet of vehicles and trailers can deliver bulk loads quickly and without hassle.

Tonnes of product
Our bulk loads average at 22 tonnes, meaning that you will have plenty of cubicle conditioner to keep your cattle clean and dry all year round.
Completely dry products
Since Platts bulk bedding products are completely dry, they won’t grow bacteria or warm-up like some other bulk bedding products which contain a variable moisture content. When considering ordering in bulk, ensure you’ve got ample and suitable storage to avoid wastage- especially during Winter!

Powder Bed
Powder Bed was developed by Platts to provide a hygienic and comfortable cubicle drying solution for your dairy cows, using a unique, super fine consistency of softwood sawdust to ensure a dry and clean environment.
Fine Bed
Fine Bed® is designed to be used sparingly on the mat or mattress, to control moisture and keep cattle clean and hygienic. Since it’s so fine and 100% dry, only one large cup of product is required per cow mat- meaning a bale covers up to 50 cubicles!
